When you are prompted, press “Open” and then “Yes” to install, and your computer will
be shared with a knowledgeable School Pathways technician.
Software Requirements
To use this software you must have:
- Firewalls (software or hardware) allowing outbound connections from arbitrary local ports to destination port 40001.
- Locally available DNS service that resolves “support.schoolpathways.com” at 65.74.172.238
- VNC cannot be already installed or in use. If you don’t know what this is, it’s highly unlikely that this is a consideration.
- Administrative privileges are not necessary.
