Position Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will be a multi-faceted, collaborative marketer who can formulate strategies and get in the weeds to execute the integrated marketing activities needed to drive buyer engagement and deliver new sales opportunities.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong working knowledge of demand generation, digital marketing, content strategy, marketing automation systems (such as HubSpot), and analytics.
* This role will be very hands-on, expected to jump between different marketing specialties and contribute much of the day-to-day campaign building and execution. *
Responsibilities:
Strategic Demand Generation:
- Design, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning email, paid search, content production, social, nurture streams, organizational partnerships, and more
- Conduct research on buyer personas, key pain points, new growth opportunities, and industry trends
- Continually optimize creative messaging, audience segments, and channel strategies
- Develop a deep understanding of the K-12 Education industry, California Independent Study, the charter school landscape, and SaaS products
Marketing Automation and Database Management:
- Build prospect segments and target filtered lists in HubSpot for custom messaging that reaches buyers and influencers
- Design and run lead nurturing campaigns using HubSpot, with a strong track record of driving marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and sales qualified leads (SQLs)
- Oversee marketing automation operations and database organization in Hubspot
Content Development:
- Work on both small and large-scale content pieces ranging from blogs and case studies to white papers and webinars
- Produce graphics and visuals for marketing content, including email headers, social graphics, slide decks, and product flyers
Website Management and Social Media:
- Update and maintain the company website – creating product and landing pages, laying out content, updating and repurposing content
- Scheduling and posting new content to social media
Events and Partnership Development:
- Coordinate for conferences to outline and fulfill sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partner organizations
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of digital marketing experience; experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, enterprise sales, and education is a plus
- Experience designing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns while driving goals and working across stakeholders to manage execution
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, develop, test, and learn strategies, explore marketing channels, and build new areas of business growth
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills
- A curious, life-long learner with the ability to quickly digest new information and ask clarifying questions
- Keen analytical and quantitative skills that can turn data into actionable insights
- Experience with a marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners
- Able to learn a deep, feature-rich product set
- Experience working in WordPress is a plus but not required
- Writing and design experience is a plus but not required

Salary range:
- $70,000-100,000 per year based on factors including experience and skills.
