This is a sampling of our pricing matrix for ReportWriter. Pricing is based per student per fiscal year for a 12 month billing cycle. We bill incrementally by student beyond the base price so that you are only charged for actual usage.

- BlueMouse Student Portal
- Priced at $1.00 per student per year and billed twice a year on the same billing cycle, September and March, as SpSIS. There is no additional charge for students enrolled in ReportWriter.
- Archiving
- Priced at $.50 per student per month. All independent study documents can be archived and stored on our secure servers.
- ODBC
- The Open Database Connectivity feature has a one-time set-up fee of $1000 per school plus a monthly fee of $100 for each simultaneous connection allocated to Licensee.
- REG-Online!
- Families can enroll students into the school using the new online registration system. System allows for digital signatures and efax for documents such as immunization and birth certificate records. Priced at $3.00 per student per year.
